Worst Monday Blues

February 26th, 2006 by iamalittlemonster

Never ever I feel so low at work. Lowest morale ever.
I am trying to pump my motivation, but don’t seem to create any.
There are many things other than financial incentive that I believe boss should give.
Show truthful appreciation for our hard work for an example. Not just a memorized line of "I really appreciate it".
I am not being difficult, I am just normal employee with normal expectation.

It’s been….

2 months… 5 days… 5 hours… 5 minutes.. since my last blog post.
Gee.. How time flies..
Wondering..
How much time do we have left?

Well…
Let’s live our life to the maximum, and have no regrets.

Le Cafe Francais

June 5th, 2005 by iamalittlemonster

Sat night… A small farewel party for our little Natabong.
Thanks to a jdrama.. we were tempted to try French cuisine.
Didn’t have luck in getting a table at Glen Waverley Frenchy’s Bistro, so I rang Le Cafe Francais. Checked the price on main courses, everything sounded allright. They have duck, steak, salmon, lamb shank, etc.
Ok.. done.. advised everyone meeting at 8pm.
T_T one important detail was missing. There was a $40 minimum per person on weekend and public holidays.
Sorry guys… :P dig a little bit deeper on your pocket.
It was an enjoyable night though.. great chemistry between good friends..
priceless…..

May 22nd, 2005 by iamalittlemonster

I have been dragging myself to
accomplish even the easiest task.
Is it boredom? Is it time to move on yet?

Or should I simply start saying
no?

Speak out little monster!

New born niece

May 19th, 2005 by iamalittlemonster

On 17-05-05 was born my future niece Michelle Chloe Irawan
The ‘tally’ now is 3 Nephews and 2 Nieces. Nice…

On the same day, one of my auntie was having a tumor removal operation done.
Speedy recovery wish for her.

We’re thinking about adopting a dog now. After considering several things. We think it’s better to give second chance to one of those ‘unwanted’ pets.
If you have time try to read this RSPCA Stories

Quoted from the stories:

"Animal welfare centres and animal refuges
across Australia receive hundreds of calls each week from people wanting
to off-load their pets. The reasons given are many and varied, and in
fairness, some may be genuine. The most common explanation given is that
the owner is moving to a house that won’t accept animals. I don’t know
about you, but 1 wouldn’t move to a place where my dog was not welcome.

Whatever the motivation, there are an unacceptably
high number of people taking the easy way out and thoughtlessly disposing
of their pets when the going gets tough. The saddest part is that these
same people will inevitably acquire a new pet when their holiday is over
or their domestic problems solved, and the whole cycle begins again."

A B happy guide for the bitter Xs

May 14th, 2005 by iamalittlemonster

With the increase of median age of first marriages (in Australia recent figure is 26.7) chances are you have more Xs than previous generation.

Maybe you fighted a lot till you got sick of it, maybe you were betrayed, and so on so on..  1001 reasons that you broke up with your Xs. Without knowing it you might still hold ‘grudge’ against your Xs.

Some signs that you need this B happy guide are:

  • You still subconciously have a big ’sigh’ when come across with the memories of your Xs.
  • Your heart pumps harder when someone mentioned his/her name.
  • Whenever you have chance, you want to bad mouth him/her in front of your old and new buddies (whom so sick of listening it over and over again).
  • You avoid coming to reunion if your Xs will be there.

How to:
Easy mate!.. Just SNAP out   of it everything you start any of those sign, and think of these:

You weren’t made for each other! Even if she/him didn’t start that big fight that night, there would be a different way for you to break up.

Everyone makes mistakes including yourself! Forgive and forget. Your Xs probably regrets it deeper than your grudge! You probably still have regret for doing this and that to Xs.

Be happy! If you have a happy life, you would have no time to waste energy on bad mouthing your past.

Wish for his/her happiness! How can you stay positive if you have bad wish for someone else’s life?
If it’s true that you claim that once you loved him/her it should be easy for you to do so?!!
And this is the least and last thing you can do in this life for them.

Finally:
Say this to yourself,
"I am sooooo happy with my life now,
I’m so much in love with my partner now (If you have one)
I will meet my soulmate soon or later (If you are single)
I forgive and forget whatever she/he did that broke my heart.
I regret and forget whatever I did that break her/his heart.
I wish him/her Well!"

I hate end of financial year

Happy Mothers Day

May 8th, 2005 by iamalittlemonster

Second sunday in May…the day to spoil all mums. Old and young moms receive special treatment today. A little bit too commercialised, but better than none I’d say.

For us, today is household day. Time to wash the clothes, clean the house, cook some meals and gardening. It was harvest time for our lemon/lime tree. Foolish me, first I thought that that was a lemon tree.. waited for few months for the fruits turning yellow. Apparently it wasn’t a pure breed of lemon tree. Lemon-Lime Yeay..even better!
